Ron Morehead

	Cold Springs, New York, 1967, Ron Morehead, Jr. has entered into the world, ready to place his mark into history. His dad, Ron Morehead Sr, entered into the auto sales business early and with hard work, he is now the proud owner of the Morehead Honda Dealership in Newburgh, New York. So Ron has been around cars for some time, and it is obvious that his passion for high performance vehicles is right there. Ron works at the family dealership as a mechanic, and along with his brother Lincoln, they are fierce competitors at the drag strip with their high flying Camaro's. The Morehead family consists of his dad Ron Sr., mom Theresa, brother Lincoln, and sister Tracey.



		Ron's hobbies include motorcycle riding and restoring classic cars. Ron is the 1987 Grandnational Super Stock Champ & 2002 Super Stock Champ at the IHRA Rockingham Spring Nationals. Competiting in the tough Northeast area, he is a constant threat and front runner. Though he states that his greatest accomplishments is being an Uncle to Onorino & Giavanni Tamburri. Now that is class!
	Here is Ron and girlfriend, Wendy Caliendo, in Gainesville, Florida, enjoying the natural background and shade at the racetrack. Wendy's dad, John, has been around racing for a while, in Competition Eliminator. Wendy has a Stock Eliminator car herself!
		Here are the responses from Ron during our interview. What are your favorite musicians/groups? I like Black Sabbath, AC/DC, & Eminem. What are your favorite songs? I like "Crazy Train" and "Back in Black". What would you say are your all-time favorite movies? "Dumb & Dumber", "Out of Africa", and "Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid". Who are your favorite actors or actresses? Sean Connery (as James Bond) and Julia Roberts. Tell me, Ron, what is your favorite food? My favorite foods are Italian and Sushi. What are your favorite drinks and snacks? My favorite drinks are Sprite and water, and my favorite snacks are jerky (teriyaki) and Pizza. What do you think is the best and the worst job in the world? In my opinion, the best job in the world would be anyone that you are having fun at, and the worst job would be any job you are not having fun at (quit and find a new one). What would like to do for a living? Race any type of cars! Name your favorite vehicles. My Harley, race car, and our Kenworth truck. What is your favorite animal? A dog. Where are your favorite places in the world? My favorite place in the world is the United States, it's too beautiful! Name some people that you would like to meet. I would like to meet Lance Armstrong and Bill Gates. Who are your heroes or people you most admire? My Grandpa and Lance Armstrong.
